A self-proclaimed 'accidental entrepreneur', I grew up watching my parents run businesses and be consumed by stress. I thought these two things has to exist together. I always told myself I would never start my own business. I wanted to be a nutritionist though, and in my rural community there are no jobs for nutritionists. After I was done school I applied for a business name, wrote a blog and started creating coaching packages.

About a year later I realized that I had started my own business...whoops!

About 2 years into my accidental entrepreneurship I was exactly where I didn't want to be: stressed, overwhelmed and burnt out.

Eventually I had a mental break down for about 6 months, cried a lot, drank a lot of wine and seriously considered getting some antidepressants because I was LOST.

Now, I've stepped back and aligned with what I really want out of this life. I've realized that I can't wait for 'someday' to happen for me to be happy, I have to be happy now and start living my life today.

I've learned how to step into alignment and live from a place of outrageous joy. I've learned what I need to feel my best and make that a priority. I've learned how to release the things that were holding me back, holding me down, so I can live with ease.

My passion is to share all of this with you. Let's do this together!
